Cavachon puppies are a hybrid breed between the Cavalier King Charles Spanieland Bichon Frise. Originating in the United States in 1996, the Cavachon quickly earned its place on the list of designer dog breeds. This lovable lap dog makes an incredible companion and tends to form an extremely close bond with its owner. Because of their strong connection they don’t like to be left alone, so if you’re someone who travels or spends a lot of hours at the office this may not be the best fit.
With its long to medium length coat and silky fur, and its hypoallergenic coat makes it a perfect pet for anyone suffering with allergies. Their coat can appear wavy or straight with a few different color variations, most commonly white with tan, apricot, red, brown and sometimes with black markings. Unlike some other designer breeds, their parents’ coats will be good guide to your puppy’s color. Because of their long fur they need trimmings once or twice a month depending on the season and the climate. It also needs brushing a few times a week to avoid knots and tangles.
Following in the pawsteps of its parents, this charming little puppy is sure to have a sweet and loving temperament. As long as your puppy is with you, they are certainly going to be happy and easy to please. They’re playful and friendly nature allows them to get along well with children and other animals. However, like many small dogs, they can become overly protective as they exhibit “small dog” syndrome. Ensuring proper socialization and training at a young age will surely help to curb this.
Family and Companionship
These little teddy bears make the perfect companion for anyone who is looking for a low maintenance lap dog. They adapt easily to whatever living conditions they are in and will not mind living in apartments or big family homes. They fit in well with a family or with someone who is single or retired. Because they love human interaction so much, they will not do well if left alone for long periods of time.
Though very playful, they are not particularly high energy dogs and only require moderate exercise. A daily short walk and some active playtime at home will suit them perfectly.
Training and Socialization
The Cavachon’s moderate to high level of intelligence and obedience helps to make training much simpler. 30 minute training sessions each day are just right for this puppy. In addition, early socialization will help your new pet to be calm in the presence of other people and pets and ease its separation anxiety when its owner leaves.

Also when she arrived Hope came with everything necessary to get a good start in her new home. Food, baby food and medicines. Hope also has a sister who is a puggle. As you can see from the picture, Hope loves her sisters big bed!
Scally arrived on 10/26. A bit overwhelming as a first time dog owner family.... but the access to questions and concerns is very comforting as we want Scally to be as happy and healthy as possible. We love him soo much already! Best decision!
We adopted Gus Gus in February of 2014. He is so precious. Everybody that meets him falls in love with him. although he is not particularly a kid friendly dog, I think that's because he get nervous because kids are so rough and he's only 9lbs! He's my best buddy!
I wanted to buy my Mom a Companion Puppy for her retirement Party... To say that I was Extremely Skeptical about Purchasing a Puppy Online would be an understatement!!! But I came across PremierPups.com, Called and asked a Lot of Questions (I'm surprised they didn't get tired of Me) I read all of the Reviews, Google Search, Yahoo Search, and did a Better Business review of them before I gave in and Purchased Jackson (JAX) from them. So for anyone else reading this that is as Skeptical as I was... Put your Trust in Premier Pups!!! They delivered Mom my an Awesome, Lovable, Healthy Cava-Chon Pup. They called several times after delivery to make sure the Puppy was doing fine, and answered all of my Moms Questions... Now I am 'Son of The Year'... Awesome Job Premier Pups, You are truly a Great Company!!
Bam! (Bambino) has been an excellent addition to our family. He is great with the kids, very smart and lovable. He was born December of 2019 and would love to hear how his siblings are doing (all original names began with ‘B’. We actually visited the facility before bringing him home. It is gorgeous, clean and staff are wonderful. Rest assured, these puppies are taken good care of. I highly recommend Premier Pups!
My daughter has wanted a puppy forever, so we decided at Christmas to go for it. We searched and searched and landed on Premier Pups. After talking about what we were looking at with friends, I found out several of our friends also go their dogs from Premier Pups and had an excellent experience. So we went for it, and are we glad we did! My husband who is allergic to dogs was against us getting a pet, now, Rasta and him are best friends. This little guy is so sweet, we couldn't ask for a better puppy! Premier pups was easy to work with and answered all our questions. They followed up after we brought our puppy home to be sure everything was going well. I would go back to Premier pups if I were to get another dog!
Awesome to work with Premier Pups. Readily answered all our questions and so far (been 10 days) we could not have asked for a better dog. Healthy, full of energy and a ball of cuteness. My wife is extremely pleased with the new addition to our home. Thanks for the great service!!
What a pleasure it is to work with Premier Pups! From choosing your pup to delivery, and all the support beyond, they are exceptional. Whether you’ve been a dog owner all your life or are new to the experience, Premier Pups takes the stress and worry out of bringing your new pup into your fold. I live in Florida and on the day of Griffins flight it was rather warm here. Laws prevent pups from being delivered in excessive temperatures so his flight was changed several times on his arrival date. Premier was amazing in keeping us informed and worry free. They were available by phone well into the night, connecting with us by phone at 1 a.m. after his long day of travel. Our pup arrived happy and healthy, and we knew we had a concerned and caring partner in Premier. Rest assured that Premier Pups has their puppies best interest at heart and know exactly what they’re doing. Thanks so much Lacey and all the staff at Premier!
Formally Anna, now Mia Grace "Gracie", has and is still adapting very well at her new home. She has an older sister Dottie who is 14. Gracie loves to follow her around and kiss Dottie's nose when she is laying down. Dottie is a pomapoo and is about 27 lbs. They get along great. Gracie just came home with us Sunday, April 2nd, and I haven't received all her things yet . So for now she pretty much has run of the Den. We have baby gates up and all but she's having a blast playing with Dottie. I want it's naptime she'll let you know . Sure didn't take long for us to fall in love with her she's beautiful.
